What types of events do you cater?

We love to cater Cooperate events, Weddings, Late Night Parties, Film/Television/Commercial Sets, Festivals, Graduations,Birthdays, Parties, Church Gatherings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Office Parties, Picnics, Sports events, School events, or Any Special Event!

Do I need to secure a parking spot for the truck?

We require that our customers guarantee parking for the date of the event. The truck cannot be parked within 15 feet of a fire hydrant or in any illegal parking spot. The space must be free of any over head branches or wires. The parking space on level ground.
Our truck dimensions are: Height: 14′, Length: 22′, Width: 8′.
If we are unable to park on-location the day of the event, the catering service will be cancelled and there is no refund.

What is your minimum event size?

We require a minimum of 40 guests for private catered events.

Is there a service charge? And is that separate from gratuity?

The service charge is included in the price. Gratuity is optional separate, and is at the customer’s discretion.

Does the customer need to provide plates, utensils, & napkins?

No (whether a la carte or unlimited), we provide disposable serving dishes, utensils, and napkins.

Is the customer responsible for trash?

Yes, the customer must provide garbage cans and remove the trash for disposal at the end of the event. The truck is responsible for trash disposal within the truck only.

How far in advance do I need to book an event?

The sooner you book the better, so you can secure your date.

When do you need a full payment?

After receiving the contract, we will hold your requested date for three (3) days. Upon agreement, we will then need you to sign the contract along with a full deposit to secure your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and checks; Credit card payments require a 3.5% processing fee.
